Tour—Analysis

HitList provides 3 main analysis aspects - Campaigns, Accounts, and Products.

Campaign Analysis

Use HitList's comprehensive campaign dashboard to view live campaign responses, and monitor the progress of the campaign as it unfolds - view response rates, geographical location of respondents, and detailed demographic information.

Track campaign responses over time. Understand if campaign responses are increasing or decreasing, to determine if further promotion may be required

Cumulative Responses

Understand where campaign responses are coming from. Which areas are most receptive to your campaign message.

Understand the demographics of those people responding to your campaign. You can create as many marketing categories as you like to build a rich set of profiled customer records.

Account Analysis

HitList Account Analysis is all about keeping your data healthy, and ready for use at any time in a campaign. If you only use HitList to run adhoc campaigns, and not as your primary CRM then you may still find some of the information in this section useful.

HitList displays an up-to-date indication of how many possible duplicates you may have. You can then use the Merge feature to safely merge duplicate records, or turn on auto-merging for obvious duplicates.

View a breakdown of Data Uses, which indicates what your customers have opted in or out of. This information relates to permission marketing, and governs who you can and cannot send marketing offers to. You can let your customers opt in or out of services that you offer as part of web and email campaigns, or edit this information directly in the HitList CRM.

Category Analysis

Analyze and understand marketing aspects of your customer database.

Monitor trends in your data. HitList automatically builds a timelapse chart showing how demographic categories have increased or decreased over time. Use this information to understand changes to your customer database and to plan marketing campaigns.

Trends

View a breakdown of your customer database by geographical area and demographic category. Each geographical area is fully defineable so that HitList shows analysis information according to how your business divides up the map.

Product Analysis

Understand how your products have been selling, where, and by who.
